Word Warp Xtreme App Reviews

This game seems to be great, but the app crashes ALL THE TIME !! I can play 1 level, but then when the 1min ends the app crashes at the words list window. So I cant see the words that I missed because of this crash. I have to open back the app at each level, so all the 1 min..... Crazy ! So please do something to avoid this big annoying bug because your game seems to be so cool :)

I like the 7 letter option and the added words but landscape only kills this game for me. Bring back portrait view and it woild be good

Too many times youll type in a 6 or 7 letter word, and its not the correct one. Should be like the original and have either as the correct word.

An improvement on the first Word Warp. Not a fan of the landscape mode since it seems to make playing with both hands mandatory. The part I dislike most is the timer on pause.I play while on the subway and not being able to pause kills me. This game is great for quick time killing and will help improve spelling!

Just got a keyboard for my iPad, would be nice if I could use it instead of tapping on the screen! Love the game though!

I recently downloaded this game and it is upside down on my iPad. I cannot get it to move to any other position. Hopefully this minor bug can be fixed! Otherwise, it is a great app.

This version is a joke. Who tested this and thought it was an improvement over the previous Version. Shake your heads guys and start over. Rated as ZERO Stars.

I love this app and I know there is an update however for the time being I am not going to get the update. I am sick of that stupid game Center coming up in the middle of every game Ive got. it has made me hate Apple. Please tell me its not on this. Seniors want to play for enjoyment, we are not in competition with the world.. I preferred Feint because I could opt out permanently without a problem. This is not possible with the game Center it never stops popping up.

This is a good way to keep sharp and bring to mind words you may not use often and then surprise yourself!

I love this game! I was a huge fan of text twist when I was in school and its great to have a mobile game similar. My only issue with it is that it doesnt show you what round youre on like the first version did. The streak is the best part!

Original Word Warp was easier to play, better designed. WW Extreme has entry boxes way at the bottom and the "got it" box way in the lower right hand corner- makes it awkward to play. Plus,the design is too cluttered - irritating to play. Also, cant control the time limit. PLEASE OFFER THE ORIGINAL WW AGAIN!!

I like the game, but I dont like the number of archaic and slang that are the required long word. There are plenty of good words without relying on 17th and 18th century words. So, I find it frustrating when my game ends because of one of these.

played for years Had to download to new phone Cannot mute sounds Game needs moderator for questionable words, slang, and suggested words. Game is less fun.

Im a real fan of the original word warp and play it often on my iPhone. This one is not as fun to use because the letter "tray" and the words youve already done are too far apart. The "warp" and "got it" buttons are also too far away from where the letters are entered. I like being able to look up at the words that are missing easily and often as I play, but the boxes and letters are so small that checking back-and-forth is not as easy to do. Im not fond of the sound effects, and just turn them off.

I loved the game until the pop up ads came along. Its ruined the fun and Im deleting the game.

I purchased the in-app ad removal for $1.99 But the app kept crashing on the iPhone 4S. When I deleted it & reinstalled, it wanted me to purchase the in-app ad removal again!
